Bug fixes

• Windows desktop — file picker crash (Could not launch zenity: program not found)
  The "Open PDF" button now uses a native Win32 dialog via PowerShell on Windows, and osascript on macOS. zenity is still used on Linux, where it was already working.
  - Web app — PDF download failure on Chrome / Windows (Something went wrong)

Chrome on Windows requires the download anchor to be present in the DOM before .click() is called. The download trigger is now DOM-attached, fixing the error.
