1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Nitrozen ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Nitrozen is a product changelog platform that allows you to create, manage, and publish changelog entries for your software products. The Service includes public changelog pages, embeddable widgets, custom domain support, and analytics features.

3. Account Registration

To use the Service, you must create an account with a valid email address. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

4. Plans and Billing

Nitrozen offers both free and paid plans. Paid plans include subscription-based billing (monthly) and one-time lifetime deals. By subscribing to a paid plan, you authorize us to charge your payment method through our payment processor, Razorpay.

Subscriptions renew automatically each month unless cancelled before the renewal date.
Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period. You retain access to paid features until then.
Lifetime deals provide permanent access to the specified plan features with no recurring charges.
Refunds may be issued at our discretion within 14 days of purchase.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

Violate any applicable laws or regulations
Publish content that is illegal, defamatory, or infringes on third-party rights
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or other users' accounts
Interfere with or disrupt the Service or its infrastructure
Use the Service for spam, phishing, or distributing malware

6. Content Ownership

You retain ownership of all content you create and publish through the Service. By using the Service, you grant Nitrozen a limited license to host, display, and distribute your content as necessary to provide the Service.

7. Service Availability

We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access to the Service. We may perform maintenance, updates, or modifications that temporarily affect availability. We will make reasonable efforts to notify you of planned downtime.

8. Plan Limits

Each plan has defined limits on the number of projects, entries per month, and available features. If you exceed your plan limits, you may need to upgrade to a higher tier. We will notify you when you approach your plan limits.

9. Termination

You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. Upon termination, your data will be retained for 30 days before permanent deletion, unless required by law.

10. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Nitrozen shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes by posting a notice on our website or sending you an email. Your continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
